For supervised contact providers, managers, practice leads, assessors and intake workers. This course works through the Ministry of Justice Quality Practice Framework: Supervised Contact (January 2025), from intake to reporting back to the Court. Study online, at your own pace.

How it works

Request placesSend us your request with the people you would like to enrol. We invoice $300.00 per registration, quoting your Purchase Order number if you have one.

Work through the modulesOnce enrolled, learners log in and complete each module’s lessons, activities and quiz. They can stop and come back at any time.

Receive your certificateComplete every module and quiz, pass the final assessment (pass mark 80%), and finish with a short course review to be awarded a Certificate of Training.

Tell us who you would like to enrol. We will confirm the learners and send your invoice at $300.00 per registration.

Cancellation policy

No refunds are given if a learner does not complete the course, cancels part-way through it, or does not achieve a passing grade. A credit towards a future course may be considered.

Oranga Tamariki: please include your Purchase Order number.
Who the invoice should be addressed to, the invoice email address and any billing reference.
List each student's full name and email address, one student per line.
